Hi so I had a scan at the epu today and so far from internal scan she thinks it looks like a very early pregnancy and in right place and all that would be seen at this stage is being seen. But she also talked/ showed me something on one of my ovaries.. she called it something and said it was a bit bigger and that that is consistent and in line with a normal pregnancy but I have no idea what it was she was talking about or what she called it can anyone tell me?

I assume she was talking about the corpus luteum cyst

Thank you! I think this might have been what she said. She said it was a good thing or good sign in early pregnancy and would probably go away on its own. It was 2.5cm. She showed me scan of the sac and tiny bean inside but said it was very early for anything else and to come back in two weeks. Tbh we have had a mmc before and I went to doc with I thought irregular periods or another miscarriage so really wasn't expecting to be told I was pregnant and after everything I got a bit overwhelmed and forgot to ask how many weeks it might be.

sounds like it might be a cyst which forms over the ovary that released the egg. I had this picked up at my 12 week scan.
