Anyone conceived with a 55-60 day cycle?

Posted in conception as well so sorry if seems familiar. Just looking for any success stories of conceiving naturally with a longer cycle. I've just had a 58 day cycle which is my shortest ever cycle (I don't have PCOS, hormones normal, AMH low end of normal, sperm brilliant).

If you did - did you do anything differently to a shorter cycle? How often did you DTD?

I have twice. Once after ovulating on CD69 and once after ovulating on CD79. I did mc both but I'm told it wasn't the late ovulation that was the issue (I do have pcos, thyroid antibodies and a bit of an over active immune system so my mc odds are high). As my ovulation is so varied I temped and did hundreds of opks to check we were dtd on the correct days. If sperm is good I don't think you can go wrong with plenty of dtd. We tried to so every day over my fertile window and in general every other or every three days just in case my ovulation caught us out.

In the end to shorten my cycles and try and get a stronger ovulation I tried clomid, ovulated between CD17 and CD24 on that and I'm currently 26 weeks after our 7th round.

Yes, are your cycles long after coming off the pill?

No cantmake. I last used hormonal contraception in 2010. But even from before that as a teenager etc. I have never before had a period more frequently than once every five or six months so a 58 day cycle to me is like a Christmas miracle lmao. Hoping for another one!

Are you being seen? I had really irregular periods but got pregnant quickly first time but miscarried. Took over a year to get pregnant again and so got clomid to regulate periods and then got pregnant. Good luck.

I had very irregular cycles / generally 5 or 6 per year. But I've been pg x 3

I think you should pop to GP and ask for a full battery of hormone tests - 21 day blood test etc to see if you have pcos as it would be useful to know. Also might want to ask for a thyroid function test.

I found ov sticks didn't work for me as my hormones are a bit up the creek (have underwctive thyroid which I take thyroxine for and also o is), but I used duo fertility because I figured it was cheaper than ivf. It is pricey but it did work for me as weirdly the machine starts to be able to predict your likely ov time based on subtle temp shifts pre ov and that really helped me get pg I think as I could focus swi in the most fertile window.

I have irregular periods (one month I'll have 31 day cycle, the next could be 60)
And I'm now pregnant with my 3rd

Hi. We are being seen by infertility clinic. Blood tests all normal, no PCOS, lining fine, AMH low side of normal but normal, sperm count and quality really good.

No obvious reasons for no conceptions showing so far. Been told the next step is a scan with dye of my tubes but cannot do it for 2-3 months due to waiting lists.

Sometimes my cycle is 15 days sometimes 30 sometimes 60 always has been that way. 4 pregnancies and have always been pregnant within a month or 2 or actively trying. Absolutely possible!
