Low hcg

Hi all,

Sooo I found out yesterday that I'm pregnant again. I've only had miscarriages so far in the first trimester because it wasn't growing well. My HCG on day 17 after IUI was 75. Which is low. Are there people out there who had a healthy baby while starting out with a low HCG? Or should I better prepare for another failure?
