Its a fairly random guess really, if it is a nub I can kind of make out it looks like it's going up slightly, I'm, rubbish at these though. My scan had a really clear girly nub so I always compare to that :)

I think the same as annlee for the same reason. My baby's nub was like the most perfect example of a girls nub.
