Hi all, I am 38+1 and this afternoon I have had some pale pink spotting on tissue, mild cramping (like a period) & loose bowel movements (sorry!). Could these be early sings of labour or am I being paranoid? I have been hand expressing the past few days on advice from a breast feeding specialist so am a little suspicious...
