I got on well with Rennie Deflatine- is cheap so maybe worth a try? (It didn't fully go but got rid of some of the discomfort!)

I cut down on foods like broccoli, cauliflower, baked beans that cause bloating. Didn't stop it entirely but it did help.

I posted this a few weeks ago after being in agony and someone told me to avoid beans and sugar - made sense as the night it was so bad I had munched a bag of haribo and had beans and toast for tea. Changing my diet (slightly) has helped immensely. I really feel for you - I felt awful. Xx

I use activated charcoal (It's safe during pg) which helps a lot. You could also try avoiding high FODMAP foods (Google it) as these can exacerbate bloating. Finally, eat little and often as log gaps between meals can make bloating worse.

Are you also constipated? If so try lactulose, it's safe and effective.

Thank you for all the helpful tips. What's activated charcoal? x
