Completely normal :) I was uncomfortable, cold, exhausted and nauseous all day. Symptoms wore off a bit around 7 weeks, so don't be alarmed!

OP - I was exactly the same, uncomfortable and night sweats I had (which I didn't have with 1st pregnancy until 3rd trimester) but am 10 weeks today and all fine now. Guess it's the surge of hormones in the very early weeks that makes our body go haywire, once the placenta starts to get more establish towards 12ish weeks things settle down.
Doctors can be so frustrating can't they? Hopefully you won't have to see them much and you'll have your midwife appt soon (saw mine at 9 weeks - but you can always call the your local early pregnancy unit if any concerns).
