15 weeks really worried

So I have walked in to the door handle and it hit my left side (hip height) I'm worried I have hurt my baby I don't have any marks or bruises. Just worried

Your baby is really well protected in your womb. If you're not really hurt, your baby definitely isn't.

At 15 weeks baby will still be very low in your pelvis and very cushioned and protected by your body. Try not to worry and if anything changes get yourself checked out

When it happened I said ouch but I think it was the shock of it happening. It happened 30 minutes ago
