Sorry, it's another one!! If I knew more about these nubs then I would just guess myself and be done with it but I have no idea what I'm looking for or whether you can ever see a nub in this pic. If you can, please tell me what you think........

Based on skull theory, I'd say girl. I am also usually wrong!
