So been to doc today as the last two nights i noticed after going for a wee that i get a dull ache below my belly button. Usually happens at night. Also when i finish a wee and stand up a little wee comes out 
lastly i have the odd cramps and stitch like pain near pelvic bone. Doc tested for uti which was neg but she said none of these symptoms are 'normal'. And call 111 if something happens over weekend. Has anyone else had similar?
