Decongestant ideas

Hello! I have woken up this morning full of cold and my nose is completely blocked!
Any ideas on how to be able to breathe? It's driving me bonkers!
My husband is lording it up drinking a lemsip 😡

Vicks vaporised is fine to use in pregnancy, so issteam and saline spray.

Thank you! I didn't even consider Vicks! I happened to have one in the medicine cabinet so I've covered myself in it! I'll head to the chemist tomorrow for the spray.

When I was in the same boat when pregnant I was advised by midwife to take piriton antihistamine. It helped my sinuses and at least enabled me to breathe through my nose for a bit. Not to be taken if you are near your due date though.

I used one of those Vicks inhalers which did the trick enough to let me breathe!
