Egg fried rice

Am i allowed to eat egg fried rice? Im 25 weeks and we're having Chinese, the only chinese i like is curry and egg fried rice, i dont even like any other rice. I know the egg is fully cooked but i read online that chinese foods have msg or something? X

Msg is just salt really, it's not good for you, but it's not a danger in pregnancy.

Yes you can have egg fried rice. The NHS has a list of things to avoid:

why wouldn't egg fried rice be 'safe'* to eat!? Tesco or otherwise...

*obviously if you reheat it and eat it a day later that's dicey, pregnant or not
