Backstory- Was with two different men in 5 years and no pregnancy. No diagnosed issues

Had unprotected sex New Year's Eve and since I've just felt pregnant. I need to wee all the time and I've just felt odd. Boobs are increasing in size.

Does this sound far too early to be having signs? How long before I can test?
