2 weeks late and just started bleeding

Hi,
I am 27 and I came off the pill the end of August and ever since I did I have had my normal regular periods. 23rd November was my last AF, and since then I've had nothing until today. 31st December I did 2 HPT and they were negative. But today I have started bleeding not really heavy and not light inbetween but dark pink in colour/light pink.
I have had all symptoms of pregnancy, light head, head ache, cramps, back ache, sore boobs.
Should I go to the doctors I just need a piece of mind?

I would do another test, dont spend mega bucks on one mind as you cam just go to the doctors. I spent £1 on my pregnancy test, 3 days before i was due on and it came back positive. Do a quick test and if it is positive obviously go to the doctors and if you still think youre pregnant, go anyway x

Thank you, I will get another test, I'm over 2 weeks late and now just started bleeding. So it's either a late period which is unusual for me or something else? X

Done a Tesco PT and its come back negative? First one didn't work at all the 2nd one was negative 😔

Maybe go to the doctors and see what they say. If you're late it could be just a late period or it could be implantation bleeding x

Something similar happened to me, came off pill TTC from dec 2015...periods came back to normal straight away, really regular, then in May I was 2 weeks late but all negative tests- went Dr and they wouldn't do a blood test- said it was still too early and home tests were just as reliable as there's!
My period soon came after the 14days of being late, but the month after we conceived and I'm due in under 7 weeks from now!
So good luck and if this is your period- I hope it's a sign of a BFP next month! X
