Hi all,
This is my first pregnancy and I will be 39 weeks on Tuesday.
Last night I had 'period cramps' and lower back pain which have continued today I also noticed that I had a bit of darker 'brownish' discharge this morning which I've not had before almost like the end of a period. The past week I have felt 'strange' not my normal self and feeling nausea with shooting pains into my groin - is this something I should be concerned about or could it be the start of early labour?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
