Second hand bugaboo bee

I'm looking at buying a second hand bugaboo bee, but before I do, I was wondering if there is anything I should be aware of about the product. E.g what are the niggles and things most likely to age or break over time and through use. Does anyone have any advice on buying previously owned buggies? I want to make sure I'm not putting the safety and comfort of my baby at risk by not buying it new.

Both my bees have been second hand.
If possible always view before you buy.
Keep an eye for
Rips on the foam handle.
That the clips on the handle bars both work
The seat isn't broken or snapped.
It's a great buggy and you can replace pretty much everything.

Customer service was excellent. My Bee + was sturdy and well made.

The crotch strap was ridiculously short and this is unfortunately why we had to part with it in the end. This was a 2012 edition so hopefully it's improved since.

I bought mine new, but I'd strongly advise buying locally where you can see it beforehand.
I got caught out once buying a secondhand pram that stunk of cigarettes.
