Is this a nub... Or just a leg?!

I've come across this theory online and thought I'd give it a try. Was quite excited to find the 'nub' on my scan photo 12+2 but now I'm wondering if it's actually the baby's leg?? After 2 miscarriages I'll be very happy with whatever I get, but curious all the same if anyone thinks the photo shows a particular sex?

Is this a nub... Or just a leg?!
