I've lost my maternity notes

I'm 36+3. I need to confess at my appointment tomorrow. I have hunted high and low and I think they have been binned in a mass of Christmas packaging that got taken to the bin.

They can just print out all the important info, can't they? How much my bump was measuring doesn't really matter, does it?

On the off chance that someone searches this scenario in the future -she said don't worry about it; that it was all computerised for the really important stuff and as my pregnancy was completely straight forward with no previous complications then not to worry about handheld notes. And just to keep a piece of paper with things like my NHS number on it so I could hand it over / could be found in case of emergency.
