Wrinkly fingers?

Weird thing, but I'm 26 weeks pregnant and keep getting wrinkly fingers (not dryness, like when you've been in the bath) for no reason. I've googled and there seems to be some link to diabetes but not specifically gestational diabetes. I just wondered if anyone had experienced this before?

Well I think it might just be us! Dr Google seems to think it might be dehydration but I drink loads so I don't think it's that for me.

I had this! I assumed dehydration and drank more water (I drank plenty anyway but was going to the loo so often I needed to up it even more!)
