mint tea is fine at any time in pregnancy. settles tummys too.

I've been drinking peppermint tea throughout this pregnancy and I've still got Kenny Rogers' chin fur! Knowing my luck, there'll be another study where they discover that drinking peppermint instead of spearmint actually encourages manly levels of hirsuteness.....
