  1. Why, if first time mothers are usually a bit overdue, don't they get a slightly extended due date as a group?
  2. How don't babies get dizzy with all the being upside down inside the uterus that they do? Doesn't the blood rush to their head?

Anyone know the answers?

The risk of stillbirth increases after 42 weeks first time mum or not.

I guess because the baby is supported in fluid?
