Temperature!!!

So. I'm around only 7 weeks pregnant, i work night shifts and even with the cold weather my body is on fire when I'm trying to sleep!! It's so uncomfortable that I get only about three hours between shifts.
Is this normal?!

Pregnancy hormones raise your basal body temperature. I was charting my temp when TTC and was able to tell I was pregnant before a pos test because my morning temperatures shot up.
