Itching!

So I have cholestasis....again! Had it with my first pregnancy 4 years ago. My skin is so itchy and feels like it's on fire! Any home remedies to relieve this? e45 just doesn't cut it and I hate the smell lol

Aqueous cream with menthol is meant to be the best thing, apparently. Even worse smell though!

I've read that some people freeze bottles of water and hold them to numb the itching.

Did you get it earlier or later than last time? I'm just waiting for it to start, second time around.

Later this time around 35 weeks......thought I'd got away with it.... no such luck

Aloe Vera gel, oats in a sock and then place in bath... May help xx
