Anxiety 3rd trimester

I am now 30 weeks pregnant and in the past 3 weeks it's like a switch has flicked. I feel so uptight and worried about everything and anything. Waking early in the mornings and tired all day. My pregnancy wasn't planned and although my partner and I are settled and buying a home , I feel there has been some judgement as we are not married. I haven't worried about this since first trimester and now it has all flared back up! Has anyone else experienced mood changes like this ?

Can I recommend Hypnobirthing? I had terrible anxiety earlier on in the pregnancy and since just listening to the CD every night I've become so laid back.
I hope this helps.

Another vote for hypnobirthing. I'm usually a very uptight and anxious person but being very relaxed about birth (completely out of character for me).

I understand how you feel. I am 29 weeks and was doing fine until the last couple of weeks and now feel utterly overwhelmed by everything.

I am also doing hypnobirthing which is fab so am completely calm about the birth but work is very busy and we have a few complications so I just feel exhausted by it all.

I have been doing pregnancy yoga which has helped so definitely recommend trying that but I dont really have much else to offer apart from I feel your pain! x
