Has anyone ever been tested for diabetes at 16 weeks?

Yes I did, I was screened at 26 weeks on my previous pregnancy and was diagnosed with GD so had to do the screening at 16 weeks this time - they said if I passed that one I would have to do the GTT again at 26 weeks as well. Turns out I was borderline on fasting at 16 weeks so am in the system already!
