Preterm labour?

I've been suffering with a bad back for about 2 weeks now, really lower back pain, nothing soothes it!

Since 9pm last night, I've been up and down to the toilet with watery bowel movements, like it's literally just water along with period pains that just don't go away.

Been also getting frequent braxton hicks

Could I be in pre-term labour or does it all sound normal?
I'm 34+2, and panicking! I was induced with my first so no idea what natural labour is?

Any help will be appreciated, thanks girlies!!xxxx

Definitely go in to be checked out.

This could be a symptom of hellp syndrome, you need to get it checked.
