20 weeks how often should i feel baby

hiya
im 20 weeks and ony feel baby move a night really more of a flutter and its not every night is this normal for this stage?
also i woke up in the night laying on my back and my friend said u shouldnt do this now im panicking?

lying on your back won't kill you! it's more that it's not comfortable- you'll probably naturally stop doing it when you're much bigger anyway. it's to do with blood flow or something

flutterings are normal at this stage- i assume you've not been feeling the baby long? make the most of it- when you're trying to sleep and they're playing a tune on your ribs you'll be sorry!
