Gestational diabetes

I had gestational diabetes with my first baby and I was tested at 28 weeks due to having a high BMI and I'm currently pregnant at 16 weeks and going to be tested early this time.

has anyone ever been tested early and the test results come back with diabetes at 16 weeks?
