Period like cramps 5 weeks

I am looking for reassurance this is normal. My boobs are killing me, no bleeding, but I am getting period like cramps, mostly mild but ocassionally more moderate. I haven't made an appointment with Dr/midwife yet.

I know it's super early still but should I be worried? First pregnancy and trying to relax!

I think it is fairly normal as it's just stretching to make room for baby. But if you are worried at all then ring 111 and they can help you. I am also 5 weeks and had a few pains on Friday evening (think it was just stressing at work) as when I got home they had stopped, i was worried but I haven't had any blood pass so that's given me hope and I am still feeling sick 24/7 so I am hoping it's all a good sign.

Hope everything okay xxx

Thank you!

It's funny these cramps were what made me take a test in the first place, as I was getting cramps for a week with no AF! Still no blood and + tests getting darker which I'm hoping is a good sign!

I hope you have a healthy uneventful pregnancy!

Ah Smile have you worked out when you'll be due? My dates work out to be 9th August. It just seems forever away. I have an early scan booked for monday due to losing my first pregnancy and infertility. So this baby is a Clomid baby and I'm praying everything is okay. Hope it all settles down for you and you can enjoy your pregnancy xxx

Ah congratulations! I'm hoping everything goes well with your scan!

I think I'm going to call dr tomorrow.

Yea i had those around the time my period was due and now again at 15+3. Very normal and nothing to worry about.

My midwife said this is normal. I've had this since my period was due and still have it now at 12 weeks.

Phew! Thank you!

I'm really trying not to stress but it's so hard when you want everything to work out and you start becoming hyper aware of every twinge!
