Hi
A bit of a moan but also after some advice. Am in my 2nd trimester and been ill on and off for most of my pregnancy. I seem to pick up every cold going... almost constant for the past few weeks. Now on antibiotics for a possible chest infection.
This is on top of having PGP which is really affecting my sleep despite using pillows between my legs and all the usual tricks
Was looking forward to having the 2nd trimester glow but am now resigned to it not happening!
Can't take pregnancy vitamins as they make me feel sick. I eat loads of fruit and vegetables though
Anyone got any advice on how I could boost my immune system?

I was ill throughout my 2nd trimester with one of my babies. So disheartening particularly when you know it's not going to get better when you hit your third. Give yourself a break wherever possible

I just need some woman support who actually understand how I'm feeling and if it's normal. When will I feel happy and not sick I caugh all through the night and the day, I'm 15 weeks tomorrow and I still throw up all day sometimes. I'm not hungry most of the time but I feel so weak and like my legs are sore and my arms to like I've been moving someone's house or something!! I don't get it it's the second trimester and I feel worse honestly.... I eat fruits and veggies mostly when I do eat and crackers the other times... I can't drink to much juice or water bc it makes me sicker Xmas Confused my body hurts and I have a bark caugh that won't go away!!!
