Can a cold reduce babys movement?

Hi, I'm really worrying. I'm 24 weeks tomorrow, first pregnancy. I've had a cold for a couple of days and it corresponds with a slight decrease in movement. Is this related and is it something to worry about?

not sure if it's related but always ring your midwife/maternity unit when you feel reduced movement just to be safe!

No I don't think it can, you should definitely get checked out if there's any concern about movement, don't just wait and see x

I had reduced movements one day and went into the MAU for monitoring. Came down with a cold that evening. Not sure if related!

I would also get checked out as any change in movement should be! But.... I would say I had a cold recently and bubs was certainly quieter for 2 days. I got checked out but it was all ok.
