False positive??

I took two tests on Thursday and one yesterday, all very faint lines. I've just taken one this morning and the line is even fainter.
All day yesterday, and this morning, I've been having my usual period symptoms (cramps, sore thighs)
How likely is a false positive?

Rare. Positives don't happen without hcg in your urine so there must be some to get a positive result. Ignore the period symptoms. Early pregnancy symptoms and period symptoms are unfortunately very similar. It doesn't indicate anything bad is going to happen.

Congratulations. You've had 3 positives and are pregnant. Don't fuss about how dark or faint the lines are. It depends on how concentrated your urine is. I'm 28 weeks pregnant myself and never had more than a squinter.
