Help me.
Is this a faint line? Or are my eyes tricking me?

i can see a faint line. are you hoping for one or not?

heatherxo · 08/12/2016 13:07

Oh no!
I have an 18 month old but ive only been with my current OH for 5 months. He already has a 2 year old and another due in January!
Don't get me wrong I'd LOVE another baby, I just don't want him to leave and me be on my own x

Definite line.

Why were you not taking precautions then? Speak to your dp and have a think about what you want.

And without meaning to sound like Jeremy Kyle he needs to put something on the end of it.

Good luck op Flowers

I'm on the pill, due to have the implant inserted next week.
There is no way I will be ending the pregnancy, I'm definitely in shock though

That is positive.
So he left his child's mother whilst pregnant, got with you within weeks and you have been having unprotected sex? He sounds like a right catch.

LairyFightsAndPiggyFudding · 08/12/2016 13:13

Best wishes and congratulations then FlowersWine

Norahy · 08/12/2016 13:14

its quite clearly a line

wheelwithinawheel · 08/12/2016 13:14

Yeah that's a positive. The situation sounds chaotic though Confused

idontlikealdi · 08/12/2016 13:16

I'm trying to work out the maths - he left his pregnant ex?

Whooptydoo1 · 08/12/2016 13:17

Yep looks positive to me

heatherxo · 08/12/2016 13:19

He was never with her. It was a drunken one night stand that happened a few weeks before we got together. She only just told him when she was 5 months pregnant.

I am very scared right now, although I've done a great job of raising my little boy and I know I can do it.
Thanks everyone

You also need to seriously consider how you would feel if you were on your own with two young DC.

There's every possibility he will leave.

heatherxo · 08/12/2016 13:25

I feel like a failure right now. I know it will be partly to do with depression though. Would it be cruel to leave him? That way I know it was my choice to be alone..
Shit I'm so fucking scared

PollytheDolly · 08/12/2016 13:38

Do you want him there? I'm a bit confused.

Anyway, talk it through first, don't pre-empt anything.

And that's definitely positive!

ohgoodlordthatsmoist · 08/12/2016 14:15

I don't think it is a line, maybe one of the digital tests on first wee of the day might be clearer

heatherxo · 08/12/2016 14:40

They both look positive

MoreThanUs · 08/12/2016 14:46

I hope he's got a job so he can support his children.

heatherxo · 08/12/2016 15:08

Of course he's got a job, not that it's any of your business anyway

OP posts:
Vixxfacee · 08/12/2016 15:31

If you are open enough to share a pregnancy test and details of your relationship then asking if he has a job is a very valid question.

Bethany0903 · 08/12/2016 19:14

Crazy how people come on here for support yet everyone seems to just judge, congratulations and I hope everything works out for you x

Nikki2ol6 · 08/12/2016 20:06

Mine looked the exact same!!! I'm 36 weeks along now 😁

MINIgiraffe · 09/12/2016 04:05

Gosh...I think I need my eyes testing!
Definitely going to get a second opinion on all future pg tests Smile
For the record, it seems I can't see anything at all Blush

Gooseygoosey12345 · 09/12/2016 14:00

Guys stop judging!! This lady needs support not to be put down!
These things happen and if you're sure you don't want to end your pregnancy you will cope. It might not seem like it now but even if he does leave I promise you that you will be ok! Wait a few days and do another test to be sure. You are not a failure at all.

Princesspinkgirl · 09/12/2016 18:25

Definitely pregnant the best thing to do is sit down with him and have a chat no one on here can help you as much as that will I do wish you the best of luck op in what ever you decide to do and if this helps you feel a tad better I fell pregnant with my new current other half when we had been together less then one month he didn't run for the hills either we are now settled in our new home and baby is due in 2 weeks
