HEADACHES!!!

currently 16 weeks pregnant and I have constant headaches I wake up with them and go to sleep with them I can't concentrate, I didn't have them with my little girl anyone else have really bad headaches ?

Are you drinking enough?

I had this with my second pregnancy. Doctor said he'd never heard of it but a couple of years later when I discovered google found out it's quite common (can't remember what causes it though?) mine had disappeared by 20 weeks!

ufff, i had them throughout all (4) of my pregnancies, beginning to end, from morning til night. drink plenty, take paracetamol, plenty of sleep x

I had it too, it only lasted a few weeks though so hopefully will get better soon!

Sometimes it's anaemia that's causing it so making sure your iron is ok might help. Also dehydration as someone else suggested. Mostly it's just what they refer to as 'hormone headaches', I've suffered with them this pregnancy although thankfully have disappeared now I'm nearly 28 weeks. Haven't had them for a while. It's normal. Annoying but normal.

I'm drinking enough so I know it's not that, I have the midwife Friday so I can ask her then, just got a bit worried about it because there all the time, it's awful at work I'm constantly on my feet running round all day with a pounding head x
