Vicks when pregnant?

I'm 29 weeks and have a bloody horrible chesty cough..... the Vicks on the feet thing normally works for me (when not pregnant) is it safe to use when pregnant??

I've googled and says that you can use some Vicks products when pregnant and not others.... just wanted opinions cos I'm getting really hacked off now 😞

It never occurred to me that vaporub was off the table during pregnancy.
