38 weeks - still not head down

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but I have my 38 week midwife appointment next week and I'm worried that that baby is transverse breach and not head down.

Does anyone know if the baby is likely to turn on their own? Any helpful information would be great!

Just to say that the baby has been head down for weeks but has only turned side ways this evening. I don't want the baby to be stuck
