I don't have PGP/SPD but do have problems with my lumbar spine. I'd benefit from a pregnancy pillow but got by with less expensive ones in my first pregnancy. I have problems from a bulging disc, required hospitalisation at 21 weeks and am on crutches he's and signed off work for 6 weeks! I'm considering getting a wedge cushion for driving when I'm able to drive but wonder which pillow would be better for sleeping.i find my left hip starts to burn when I lie on that side for a while.
Thanks in advance.

Or is the Theraline better? I am having a planned c section. If the pillow doubles up to help with feeding that would be great.

The more I look into it, the more confusing it is!

I've got a Boppy. It's really good and very comfy!
