Positive test but worried

So i was a day late on my period so decided id take a test the test came back positive. Since taking the test i have had like a period type pain and constipation for around 4 days. But i woke up around 3 days ago no period type pains and no problem going to the toilet my bowel movement seems back to its usual self i dont feel pregnant what so ever. Im very worried as i have had 2 missed miscarrages in the past were i havent bled and found out the babys heart has stopped when ive had my scan. Has anyone else had anything similar im so worried i cant speak to my partner because im so worried and i no how much he wants us to have a baby. I have an app on my phone worked out my period i should be around 4weeks and 5days

Congratualtions on your pregnancy!!! I'm currently 9weeks and when I was 5weeks pregnant for over a week I had really bad upset stomach, horrendous cramps and was never off the toilet 😕 After about 9/10days it just stopped randomly! Then from week 6 I was smacked in the face by nausea 24/7 constipation on and off (now back to normal) a never ending appetite and the dreaded tiredness.....all of these symptoms I still have. At 4 weeks 5days you're still very early...I was 5weeks when I found out and apart from being 2days late and having sore boobs I didn't have many other symptoms. They usually hit you around 6weeks so please try not to worry....I can't imagaine how hard that must be after your losses but just remember you're still very early and everything is just getting started hence not many symptoms yet. Sorry if I've not been very helpful just try relax and get yourself referred to a midwife who can probably reassure you a bit more. Hope you're ok?xx

Thank you. You have made me feel a little more positive i think its just the fact i have had 2 losses in the past it is stuck with me that its going to happen again. I have the doctors next wednesday so hopeing they will book me in for an early scan. The only thing what is giving me a little hope is that my previous losses were horrendous pain which the pain i have at the moment isent nice but bareable. I've found out I'm pregnant but I'm roughly about 10/11 weeks. (Dates from last period) but I'm not booked in with midwife till next week but I did a clear blue test and it said 3+ and I done another and then it said 2-3 weeks I'm so confused. Are they usually accurate?
