Does anyone who works in payroll know what they mean when they say company full maternity pay with Smp incorporated? Does this mean I get my full salary aswell as smp?

Sorry just trying to work out finances for the year ahead!

You don't get one on top of the other. You'll get your monthly salary amount for as long as you're entitled to occupational maternity pay. SMP will be part of this with your employer paying the rest.
