How much information does mw add to your notes?

With DS1 my mw would print out an updated sheet with all my stats like blood pressure, belly measurement etc so I had a sheet I could refer to. With current pregnancy mw is doing the checks but all I get is a 'fine' and she basically ushers me out the door in 10 mins. I have no visibility of what any of my stats are as she doesn't add anything to my notes either.
I'm not worried about anything in this pregnancy but I do like to know what everything is tracking like especially as I have quite low blood pressure. Should I say something to her?

Pretty sure she should be adding something to your notes really. I'd ask :)

I'm pg with no2 and seem to get an essay each time.
Are they adding it to an online system, perhaps? If in doubt, ask.

I'm pregnant with no.6 and a MW has always written in my notes, BP, urine, fundal height and any other comment. You should query this.

I've just had DC3, and each pregnancy, the midwife has updated my handheld maternity notes with results of any tests or checks done during the appointment (including the things you mention).

How are other health professionals supposed to look back over your notes ?
I have had 4 children and midwife always wrote the measurement
