Maternity Allowance!

Just wondering how long it took for the government to sort out and start paying people's maternity pay...??

They received my claim on 11th November so almost 3 weeks ago

Iv just been paid my last 2 weeks wages from work today so i desperately need it sorting out as it was barely anything!!

Your employer should have sorted it out?

Mine is exactly the same as being paid from work, same payslip etc just less!

nope im not entitled to it from my employer. they sent me the forms i needed from them to say i wasnt eligible then i had to apply for the government one

I think mine was about 4 weeks in 2015.
