Hi ladies, I just found out today I'm pregnant and going from my last period I would be around 4 weeks pregnant, the last 4-5 days I've been having period type cramps, I just thought this was my period coming but obviously not now haha. Is this something to be worried about? I'm only worried because around 4 months ago I miscarried at 7 weeks pregnant so I'm abit on edge at the minute. Thanks in advance for any advice. Xx

If just period like then cramps are totally normal at this stage..... Anything severe enough to stop you in your tracks..... That needs checking out

As pp stated, period like cramps are normal at the early stage in pregnancy. If they become severe or are accompanied by bleeding then you need to be seen. Congratulations on your pregnancy and I completely understand how you feel on edge. I'm waiting to have my baby at the moment, and it has been a nerve wracking pregnancy especially at the start as I lost a baby very soon before falling pregnant this time. Flowers
