Do I need to see the Dr? I've also got really painful hips and increased discharge but pretty sure they are not related. Feeling really rough

At least try and see a midwife if you can't get a GP appointment - you might just have a dose of some nasty cold virus, but what you're describing could also be preeclampsia symptoms and that needs managing. You'll need a blood pressure and urine test to rule it out.

Obviously hoping it's just some random vicious cold and you're feeling better soon

Thanks - I thought the same. My instinct tells me it's a cold + pregnancy and therefore I'm more affected than normal, but I did realise these are pre eclampsia symptoms, although it would be unusually early I think? Waiting for GP to call back.
