Argh, this seems to happen to me every time... This is my 3rd pregnancy and I'm 6 weeks. I've put on 2kg (5 pounds) already
my last 2 pregnancies I put on 5 stones, I lost them again after but I really don't want to put on so much. I eat cereal for breakfast, potato and veg for lunch and healthy meals cooked from scratch in the evenings...in snacking on nuts and have been eating a lot of avocado since pregnant. I don't do lots of exercise, I'm worried as I had a light bleed after walking briskly for 4km early on, and in my 2nd pregnancy I had a big bleed at 7 weeks but turned out ok, so in a bit paranoid my body freaks out in the first trimester with exertion. 😐 any tips did not putting so much on so quickly, or gentle exercise I could do please? Would prenatal Pilates or something be ok if I haven't done it before? feeling rubbish and teary 😥
