Very thirsty in the evenings with a sickly feeling and headaches

I'm 34 weeks and this been going on a little while now like over a week so I loose my appetite so generally don't eat much at all in the evening and all I want to do is drink and I feel quite sickly and have a headache. Then I'm up peeing all night!!! I informed my midwife who suspected GD but has tested me and it's not thankfully and she said it's just one of those pregnancy things and that was all! But then she weighed me and said Iv lost some weight since 28 weeks so she's now saying it's possibly morning sickness which I did have until 20 weeks then it stopped And now she thinks it's coming back. But I don't quite think it is because it doesn't feel like it did back then I wasn't super thirsty but I did get a lot of headaches in the begniing too. But I'm worried about the weight loss because I can't eat. Will this be bad for my baby?

I'd book in with the doctor if you are concerned.

I'm sure it's all fine though! I felt like I was recovering from a hangover all the way through my 1st and 3rd trimester. The 2nd trimester was symptomless!
