Early Pregnancy Tests - when do they start showing?

Hi all

I'm fairly new here so be gentle!

I think I may be pregnant - I'm not due for a week but have a few symptoms (boobs have grown, strange period type pains, similar to pregnancy with DD1). I did a 'First Response' test this morning and it was negative.

I'm so impatient - when can I do another one ?!?!

I used a first responce yesterday and my period was due today.

I got a very dark red BFP

maybe hang on in there for a few more days then try again?

It depends on many things- some people get a + very early (I had some cheapie tests from ebay and got a positive 10DPO, 6 days before period was due), others don't test positive until they are very late.

Wait a few days and try again.
