Electric shock feeling - braxton hicks?

I'm 34+2 and for the past hour-ish have been getting a sort of electric shock type feeling in my lower back pretty consistently, every 12 minutes or so. This is my third child and I don't remember any feelings like this before.

Any idea what it may be? It's like a quick sharp shock that quickly dulls and lingers as a dull pain in the spine for 3-4 minutes. Is it just braxton hicks? Not labour surely? Something else?

If it makes any difference to the answer, morning sickness and pretty extreme nausea has also returned over the last week. Otherwise I'm well. No headaches/swelling/bleeding etc.

Baby kicking a nerve?

I'd assume anything electric shock-feeling is something to do with a nerve but I don't have any experience of the particular situation you're describing.
