Hello all, I've just turned 44 & after a miscarriage last year and a failed ivf pgs - I bought "It starts with the egg", read it and followed every advice as if my life depended on it. I am now 5 weeks pregnant - conceived naturally. Happy and frightened as hell.
Question: I took every single supplement the author of te book recommended for older women. Does anyone know or have experience of whether one must stop taking the supplements during the pregnancy. Top of my head I can remember: CoQ10, Myo-Insotil, DHEA, Alcarnine and a whole lot more. I may have misspelled one or two them. I'd be most grateful if you shared your experience/knowledge with me.
