I'm 31+4 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have been getting dizzy spells, light headedness and headaches on and off recently, they have tested my urine and found my kidneys are leaking protein however my blood pressure hasn't rocketed and is only slightly higher than it was in my booking appointment. I've had a kidney scan and my kidneys look normal. My mum had pre-eclampsia with all 3 of her pregnancies so I am at higher risk of it.
Even though I'm showing other symptoms they haven't done anything because off my lack of really high blood pressure... has anyone else had this and if so what was the cause of the other symptoms if it's not pre-eclampsia?
