Worried about another miscarriage

Wondering if someone can give some advice, recently had miscarriage in September and have just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant, have had cramp recently and I'm worried in case it had to happen again. Should I go for an early scan or is this normal? Just because I had cramp and then bleeding the last time.

I had lots of cramping in my early pregnancy, like period pain, but read lots and it was a very common complaint, so everything is probably fine. I am now 29 weeks and still get cramps! I know you will be worrying about every ache and twinge, but unless there's really bad pain or blood I would try not to worry too much. Hope it goes well. X
